SystemsResolved is an IT support company based in Equestria, Pretoria East, covering the surrounding areas in person and the whole of South Africa remotely. It exists for small businesses that don't have their own IT department and can't afford to lose a working day to a slow PC, a failed backup, a dropped internet line or a power cut. Whether it is an office of three or twenty, the goal is the same: find problems before they turn into downtime.

The core of the service is a monthly maintenance contract covering computers, backups, and power and internet resilience, backed by remote and on-site support, hardware upgrades, smart home and office automation, and website builds when you need them. There is no call centre and no ticket queue — you deal directly with the Systems Resolved team, backed by nearly thirty years of hands-on experience. Every job starts with an honest assessment of what is actually wrong and what it will cost before any work begins, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

SystemsResolved was founded by Wouter van der Westhuizen, a passionate technologist who has spent the better part of three decades fixing, optimising, and explaining technology to real people. The belief is simple: technology should work for you, not against you, and good support should be clear, fair, and guaranteed.
